Wilkahuaín's ruins (3,250 m)

DISTANCE : 15 KM

After of 35 minutes in car or three hours a foot ,  arrives at this archaeological site located to 7 km at Huaraz's North-East.
In Willcahuaín is outlined a temple of superposed platforms constructed completely of stone with galleries in the interior.
His  antiquity calculates around 900 A.C. and is an evidence of the influence  that the culture Wari had in the region.
